Another year of Girl Scouts is about to begin. This year the girls will be getting more involved in the Community and helping others in need. We will be earning our try-its this year. There will be trips that will help us earn these patches too. When these trips are confirmed I will post them on the website. Just to give you a few ideas we will be going to the Public Library to research Girl Scouts in other Countries (each girl will get a counrty), Just Bead it! we loved it last year , but now it can go toward a try-it!!! And we will be collecting items for a "Birthday in a Box" this will be donated to a shelter or church for a child who can enjoy a birthday party.The ideas are endless and we are open to suggestions. We are looking forward to a great year. Once the classroom is confirmed our start date will hopefully be September 15th. Nut sales will start October 1st!!!! and I have HUGS envelopes to hand out at the first meeting.
